This will be one of the most life-changing things you can do for yourself…It will electrify and vitalize you, opening you in ways you didn't know you needed to be—or could be—opened. And it will strengthen your ability to trust—and to actively feel—that you are guided and never alone. I received a deeper connection with my ancestors. Even if I got nothing else out of the course (oh, but I did!), that alone changes everything. Also: a new zest for experimentation, wonder(ing), wandering, playing, honoring and re-connecting with the child within and all that she has to offer. Alixa and her Course on the Imaginal was an invitation into courting my soul's purpose and reinhabiting my intuition, dreams, and imagination. Course on the Imaginal is just what it sounds like -- Alixa powerfully leads each session with the most incredible high-vibing energy and takes you down paths that you don't even know are imaginal! You are moved, stretched (mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually), creating, and sharing which ultimately leads to discoveries of truths about yourself, your communities, and the world. All along this journey she incorporates a deep respect for inclusion, ancestry, and our precious earth. You will use things from this course in your daily life ---guaranteed!
This course was incredibly depthful, wondrous and life-changing. It is clear that Alixa poured in an enormous amount of time, love and careful thought into crafting a course agenda that gradually unfolds, each session illuminating more of the path she has laid out for us (to discover ourselves and the power of our bodies to be in connection with other spirits and the earth). The course was beautifully constructed to also help us reconnect with our creativity. I will continue to return to the many skills and practices Alixa taught us to stay grounded in my purpose and move through the world with open eyes and an open heart. Absolutely take this course. It will expand your mind, open your heart and connect you to a way of being that transcends this most material dimension and draws on dimensions beyond to help you heal, articulate your purpose and reconnect with your power.
Do it!! You have everything to gain. I learned so much about myself and navigating these challenging times as a human being and as an activist with creative urges and yearnings. Alixa is a creative, loving and brilliant guide through muilti-dimenentional AND multi-cultural time and space. I came away with renewed hope for our planet and my place in its future. I took the class because I wanted to get back to writing poetry (it had been 20 or so years). Honestly, I had no idea what I was getting into but my intuition (who I hadn't heard from in a long time) said "do it." I'm writing poetry again which is thrilling, but the biggest surprise during the course was the artwork I produced. I found myself transferring images/visions onto paper for the very first time. It was, and continues to be, exhilarating. Also grateful for the grounding and radical shift in perspective from what is to what can be.
This work is an incredible gift to humanity — advancing thriving life, joy and love within the participant and by and for the collective. For activists feeling like we are knocking up against impossibilities, this course sprouts a fast growing vine up those solid walls bringing oxygen, beauty, and a pathway to climb into possibility. This was a space unlike any I've participated in. It opened new worlds to me, which felt so necessary in a moment when things can feel like they are closing in. Participating in this course reminds you that life is resilient and that we are called to be co-creators of beauty beyond our imagining, calling forth our deepest visions and hopes.
If your heart calls you, absolutely do it. Make sure that there is enough space in your schedule because you don't want to miss any of the classes or home practices. Alixa taught me that in order to live my life deeply I have to live into these ecological and social crises. There is a way to align myself within collapse so that my life is given deeper meaning. How this looks in practice is interrelating my activism and my spiritual life through ceremony.
This course is an opportunity to harmonize your mind, heart and soul—an opportunity to be fully embodied as the expansive spiritual being you are—we are. It's a sacred invitation to meet your soul Self—and what a beautiful and joyful meeting it can be.
The Course on the Imaginal calls to you when you are ready to take it. So if it has found you, you are ready for it. I found it to be deeply transformative. Half of the transformation lay in the practices and materials it offered, and the other half in noticing my own responses to those offerings: noticing both resonance and resistance; where and when my not-enoughness showed up; where my conditioned patterns of skepticism or fear rose up. Alixa builds a container in which all of those responses could be held and processed - an incredible gift.

“I came to this course having done a great deal of work with trauma and grief. I didn't start here, but I arrived here after a great deal of work that left me feeling lighter but still not free. This course launched me into the felt-sense of the liberatory love field that I was yearning for. (Alongside my own deep spiritual disciplines). Alixa has crafted and curated a space, a container, poetic teachings, and a profound series of embodiment and creative exercises that will change the course you are on. If you permit yourself to surrender to the process, you will awaken to versions of yourself you have been longing for, and to threads of awareness you have been asking for all along.”
A month on and I am still unsure where the edges of the Imaginal Journey and my day to day life are. I became so entangled in it that not a single aspect of my being was left untouched. Without doubt this is a very good thing! I bow to the generous and gracious facilitation Alixa modeled for us. The obvious care and attention taken over every aspect of the course. If the slightest part of you feels a tug to enroll I say follow the thread and see where it may lead you. Whether it is further into a labyrinth or out of it, you won’t regret it.
I was struggling to integrate creativity and play into my life, and having this as a regular part of my life for 6 months, opened me up in so many ways. Allowed me to be gentler, deeper, quieter. I am very grateful and already miss having these sessions as a part of my biweekly routine.

I looked forward to each class with Alixa. Many new avenues of self exploration, relating to and sharing with others, and the natural world were opened to me. My creative spirit was nurtured and encouraged.
It is challenging to put into words all the powerful ways I was moved in my journey. I loved how the multi-faceted journey opened up and strengthened my connection to my ancestors. The numerous creative expressions of what we were learning were awesome, and they nurtured and deepened my artistic soul. The mind, body, and energetic experiences threw open many doors of visions and connections to inner and outer worlds of spirituality, community, and social justice in this time of social and environmental collapse.
